- All parcels are dispatched from Sydney within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Unless there is an issue with the order received such as incorrect information or fraud checks. 
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 3pm AEST 
- Order changes/ shipping detail changes cannot be guaranteed once order if confirmed
- Shippings are only processed during the weekdays, excluding Australian public holidays
- Shipping may take additional time during sales, holidays and extreme weather conditions
- Please allow an addition of 1-2 days for regional and rural deliveries
- Final shipping costs are applied at the end of checkout
- Please not that customers are responsible to collect the parcel delivered to the address you have provided. OnlyMoi is not responsible for incorrectly addressed parcels and customers may have to pay additional shipping fees if a re-delivery has to be made for returned parcels. OnlyMoi is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been completed.

After dispatchment, a notification email will be sent with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the Auspost tracking tool, Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking for show.
