REFUND POLICY

Due to hygiene issues of these products we do not offer any sort of refunds/ returns/ exchanges unless it is damaged when received. We do make sure the items are dispatched in perfect condition. If you received damaged products please contact us through the contact us page within 14 days of receiving the products along with the photos of the damaged product. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund/ return/ exchange products that only has the box damaged as this will not effect the usage of the actual product. 

Once we have received the product from you, after inspection we will email you to notify you that we have received the faulty product and let you know if the refund will be approved or declined! If it is approved we will able to refund the original amount to the same card applied to the payment and the funds should come back within a couple of business days. 

This policy will last for only 14 days from receiving the product after 14 days we will not be able to refund/return/exchange at all for you. Thank you for your consideration. 

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR REFUND HAS NOT COME IN?

Please make sure to routinely check your bank account for any updates. If it has not been refunded after a certain period of time please contact your bank as they be an issue from them. If there is any issues please feel free to contact us and we will help you with the best of our abilities! :)
